Koh Thian West is a small island northwest of Koh Rang with still some excellent opportunities for close-up pictures of marine life.

Koh Tien West or Koh Thian lies a bit northwest of Koh Rang and is a shallow reef perfect for macro photography and snorkellers. Several beautiful sections of this dive site have been destroyed because of dynamite fishing and boat anchorage, but excellent parts are still easily found.
