Hideaway Bay is a shallow quiet bay at the southern most tip of Koh Payu just south of Anita's Reef. Its underwater landscape is full of isolated rocks and boulders situated on a sandy ocean floor. It is a perfect example to describe what diving in the Similan islands is like. Reef fish have a healthy life along the coral topped bommies and coral heads and you will see many clown triggerfish. The south of this dive site features a wall reaching depths of 25 meters. Barracuda's are common along the drop-off hence its other name Barracuda Point.
