Coral islands are numerous in Thailand and at many of them it is possible to enjoy the beauties of diving the underwater world.

Thailand has many other pristine islands where some limited scuba diving is possible. Remember that diving is not the main attraction here and you shouldn't go here if you are planning to make three dives a day as long as you are in Thailand. It are locations full of non diving activities as well where it is great to do a three or two dive boat tour for a single day, visiting the best dive spots that location has to offer.

Some of the other dive sites which can not be placed into the well established dive regions are listed here.

• A dive site named Vertical Wreck right into the center of the Gulf has been a favourite for many divers because of its awkward position. Unfortunately it has slipped into deeper waters beyond the technical and recreational limit for sports divers. But for those not lucky enough to dive at this spectacular vertical wreck, we have still some information and pictures listed at our page.
• Ko Chang is a spectacular white sandy island with some amazing underwater marine life perfect for snorkelling and simple open water diving as well.
• Kao Lak is becoming a starting point for all divers interested in live aboard and/or speedboat tours going to the Similan and Surin islands.

While most of you won't visit these dive sites remember that each dive site has something unique. Enjoy these less crowded but even so spectacular places once you are there.
