Just south of Ko Surin Tai is a small island named Koh Torinla that offers some of the healthiest hard corals in Thailand. Staghorn coral, whip corals and gorgonian sea fans gently slopes down parallel with its shoreline until depth reaches fifteen meter when they gradually make way for rocks. Marine life is abundant with batfish, schools of fusiliers and many turtles especially in the shallower areas. Some boat moorings ending on the white sand are present and make a great start off point for your dive. Most of the life stays above fifteen meter making it an excellent place for snorkellers. The 2004 Tsunami destroyed quite a bit of the shallower coral formations, but this place stays a gem.
