Ko Yawasam has become a famous Krabi and Ao Nang snorkeling location where divers will have a great time as well.

Ko Yawasam is together with Ko See one of the best places for snorkeling in the Ao Nang area. It offers some excellent shallow coral plateaus at a depth of a few meters while swimming outwards into deeper water there are some excellent diving opportunities with swimthroughs and mini caverns. It is a site often visited by starters as there is a lot of white sand in between the beautiful coral patches. Very useful for performing underwater skills such as clearing your mask, navigational skills and buoyancy control. Some of the rare species that live here in large numbers are the red saddleback anemone fish.
