Ko Chan is often forgotten because most people that dive in the Samea San area visit the spectacular wreck Hardeep. Ko Chan lies southeast of the channel which is a bit further out than the famous steam engine Hardeep. But with lots of large coral bommies and hundreds of jacks that surround you, this is a very nice and quieter dive site you might want to check out. Eels and tawny nurse sharks are some of the sights Koh Chan is famous for.
